Summer for the City at Lincoln Center

Lincoln Center's plazas become a free, mostly outdoor festival of social dance parties, concerts and family programming from June 10 to August 8. Show up, find a spot, let the evening unfold.

The lineup rotates daily across the Upper West Side campus - a silent disco one night, a choir or a live band the next - so it is worth checking what is scheduled before heading over. Nearly everything on the calendar costs nothing, while a handful of indoor performances are ticketed separately.
